Our throw pillows are made from 100% spun polyester poplin fabric and add a stylish statement to any room. Pillows are available in sizes from 14" x 14" up to 26" x 26". This is my first sketch using water soluble oils. I did this and "Sun Setting over Boston" while working my shift at the Patriot Place Art Gallery last weekend, the time passes much more quickly when I paint and it is a really good use of my time there. People also love to see artists at work at their easels. I'm really liking these paints too and as you can see I'm trying to be looser and more abstract than most of my work. I was trying to keep it loose and fresh and not to overwork it. Can't wait to do some larger pieces.
As you can see by the majority of Laura's work, seascapes and figurative work are what she is most passionate about. Her Umbrella Series is also a particular favorite of hers and her clients. Laura's new series of Shabby Chic florals is a big hit with her students and clients. She paints full time and enjoys a number of different techniques and styles of painting in her home studio in Walpole MA. Presently you can see Laura and her work at the "Artist's Studio and Gallery at Patriot Place" in Foxboro, MA. The Gallery is open Fri. 5-9, Sat. 1-9 and Sun. 12-6.
